Hi, my name is Gravey because I was rescued from a Grave Yard...so my foster mom's friend took "grave" and added the "y" from yard & called me Gravey...pretty cool, huh?  I'm not sure why I was left there or why my other family didn't come back to get me, but I was very lonely for about 2 weeks and would even lay on graves and howl hoping somebody would come take me home.  Finally, my foster mom saw me and took me to a really great home (even though there ARE a lot of cats and it would be really fun to chase them, but my foster mom says I can't, darn it).

In spite of my situation, I'm a really happy boy and I can do several things like sit, stay, down, roll over, talk and I mind really well!  I love to be inside, but I'm also a great back yard dog because I'm not a digger and DO enjoy laying out in the sunshine.  I'd really LOVE to have either some kids or other dogs to play with because I LOVE to play too and I can get really goofy when I play.

I'm all fixed, have all my shots and am heartworm negative & on all those preventive things.  I'd really like it if some special family would come meet me and take me to a great forever home.  Thanks for reading my story...Sincerely, Gravey
