His current owner is having mini-strokes (TIA's).  She is also having a very tough time financially.  Her cell phone has been cut off and her utilities may be disconnected soon as well.  She is also is facing foreclosure and he will have NOWHERE to go.

Chato is alone ALL DAY & NIGHT because his owner works during the day and goes to school at night.
