VICE is super sweet and knows basic commands, although he is a door darter. He loves people and other dogs.  He is healthy, even though he is still thin but is putting on weight.  He hasn't not been around cats, so that's an unknown, but he seems to be fine around other dogs.

His foster, Emily Duheimish works at a kennel and someone dumped him there.  He was sick and emaciated, but she nursed him back to health.
