Charlie was born with a condition in which the growth plates in his legs are not properly set.  He runs on his hocks, like a rabbit, but it doesn't seem to slow him down much.  He'd probably do best with one or two other calm cats ... some cats are not accepting of defects and he was frequently the target of bullies before he was rescued.  Neutered, vaccinated.  Adoption fee.  For more information contact Linda at momcats2@hotmail.com.
