Mario is a sweet little pup that came from BARC.  He made it to rescue and he's now looking for his forever family.

He's neutered, up to date on all shots, partially house trained, and microchipped.  He's heartworm negative.  He's a would love to be in a family.

He was in real trouble when he arrived at the shelter.  He probably had an accident that involved a car.  He has several fractures in his hip area.  The accident had not been recent enough and his bones were already healing when he got to a special doctor that works on these types of injuries.  But, he's a trooper and is already walking on his own.  He will probably have arthritis when he gets older.  Because of his injuries, he has a funny walk, but he gets around just fine, thank you.

He's been around a lot of other dogs, and he makes friends easily.  He hasn't been around cats, so he might not do well with them.  After all, a dog has to have standards, right?  ;-)

His adoption fee is $125.
