Little Kona came from an animal shelter in Harlingen, TX. She was exposed to distemper and upper respiratory disease while she was at the shelter.

Kona has had excellent vet care.  She hasn't been spayed yet because of her exposure to distemper and the fact that she had a bad case of pneumonia.  She will be spayed in about a month.  She's had all of her other vaccinations.  The vet techs are teaching her about house training, and she's very good about using her puppy pads.

She has pulmonary fibrosis right now.  So, if she plays too hard, she starts to gasp for breath.  She might outgrow this.

She also has a very good friend at the vet clinic named Kiwi.  Kiwi and Kona love to play with each other.  It would be wonderful if they could get a home together.

Her adoption fee is $75.
