cute schnauzer

This sweet boy was found wandering around looking for help.  A good samaritan gave him a hand, and now he's in a rescue looking for his permanent home.  He is very friendly and sweet.  He had some vision problems due to cataracts on his eyes.  We believe that he was mostly, if not completely blind because of the cataracts..  The vet could not find a cause for the cataracts.  He had successful surgery to remove the cataracts in late April.  He is still getting used to seeing again, but he is doing very well.

He is much cuter in person than in the pictures.  He had to have his hair shaved all the way down because of how matted his fur was when he was found.  It's growing back in now, and some of the curls are starting to show.

He has been neutered.  He is heartworm negative.  He's had his vaccinations, and he is microchipped.  He needs some help with house training, possibly due to his vision problems, but is very good about going to the bathroom when we take him out on walks.

His adoption fee is $100.
